This event will be held on June 17, 2017 at The Brookland Baptist Church Conference Center in West Columbia, SC from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. We are expecting 200 participants and anticipate having 10 or more vendors for this expo. We have invited outstanding Health and Wellness professionals to make presentations. There will be activities, exhibits, and many hands-on opportunities for attendees to obtain interactive experiences and information.
Come share, learn, and promote your business. The Kemetic Institute for Health and Human Development (KIHHD) is an organization designed to provide continuous wellness education to citizens of South Carolina through research, workshops, conferences, physical fitness programs and health related audio-visual presentation to improve their physiological and psychological well-being. Our vision is to help create a healthier society by improving the overall well-being of South Carolinians.
KIHHD is seeking vendors for this event. We are requesting that persons, agencies, and/or businesses that are in some way related to health and wellness be a part of our event. Again, this event is free and open to the public.
Booth space is $75 and each vendor will be provided one 6’ long table and two folding chairs (tablecloths are not provided). The size of your space will not be less than 8’ x 10’. KIHHD is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. Funds collected will be used to cover the expenses of this event and to initiate other health-related programs.
You will find a registration form enclosed with this letter. If you would like to participate, please complete the form and return it as soon as possible. The contact information is included on the form. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns. If your application and funds are received by June 9, 2017 your information will be included in our Health and Wellness Expo 2017 Program Book.
Thank you very much for your prompt attention and consideration. We look forward to the opportunity to work closely with you in making South Carolina a healthier state.
